Encounter Data Testing Schedule - Revised

Please be advised that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Encounter Data System (EDS) Front-End Industry Testing schedule has been revised.

• Front-End Industry Testing will occur between September 6 – October 4, 2011.
• Encounter Data Processing System test case preparation and education will occur between October 5 – October 28, 2011.
• The Encounter Data System Institutional and Professional Processing and Pricing Sub-System End-to-End Testing/certification will run from October 31 – November 30, 2011.
